Police force employs 16-year-olds

"They reflect the community in which they serve, that includes all ages, genders and races."

Interesting that the church isn't the only group trying to find ways to reconnect with society. It'll be interesting to see if this works for the police force… maybe we should employ 16 year-old youth workers?
