Really bad at this whole posting regularly thing!

Okay so it's not a Wednesday or a Friday but I think I've managed to pretty much prove that I'm rubbish at the regular posting thing, so I figured I'd just go for it and take a minute on a Monday afternoon instead.
This weekend's been an interesting one in a couple of ways - first up Gareth's parents were away, and secondly it's been Catharine's last Sunday at St. Mary's, so we've been saying goodbye to her in a myriad of different ways.
Even thought I've only been here for nearly a couple of months, with St Mary's - especially the staff team and those who volunteer and help out regularly - its really a huge family, which I guess is how church should be, so letting go of Catharine is really like letting go of a close family member - and its not something I've ever really experienced before. It's been amazing working together on Time for Praise and Worship Group and things, and especially being used to praying together each morning and in Staff Meeting on a Monday it seems really weird not having her there.
Last Thursday I went to see Delirious? at the Newport Centre supported by Tim Hughes which was absolutely amazing. I've been desperately trying to work out a way to get to see them again because it was really that good, but realistically it's probably not going to happen. But anyway, you guys in Aber who're going this Friday - I know it's going to be amazing!
Finally, I'm going to be back at home next week probably Tuesday or Wednesday 'til Saturday so I'm really looking forward to getting back for a few days. I hope that my few little scriblings are okay and make sense. I don't really feel there's much more to comment on right now, but I'll probably try to do a few more little updates soon as little things happen and stuff instead of trying to cram everything into one huge post. Oh and hopefully if I get the chance I'll put together a prayer letter to take home next week so my parents should have it by a week Sunday... oh and if you'd like a copy and you're not at St. Michael's or likely to see me then feel free to email me and I'll send you a copy.
